Come join the Friends of the Middlesex Fells Reservation for our 2017 Annual Meeting on Tuesday, May 23rd at 6:45 P.M. This year’s meeting will be held at the Malden Public Library.
We are honored to have Eugene B. Benson as our featured speaker as he presents “Protecting the Public Trust: A Role for Friends of Public Lands.”
Eugene B. Benson is the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Association of Conservation Commissions (MACC), a membership-based non-profit that protects Massachusetts’ wetlands, open spaces, and biological diversity through education, advocacy, and support of Massachusetts conservation commissions. Current members of the Friends of the Middlesex Fells may vote at the annual meeting. If you would like to become a member of the Friends of the Middlesex Fells or to renew your membership, click here.
The meeting will be held at Malden Public Library, 36 Salem Street, Malden, MA 02148. The map below includes three parking lots in close proximity to the Malden Public Library. There is also street parking available along Salem Street and Park Street.
According to the Malden Public Library website, parking is available at:
The Central Business Garage (CBD) at the corner of Middlesex and Centre Street, across the street from Walgreens on Route 60.
Again, limited street parking is available outside of the library. Please read signs carefully, as most of the area requires a parking permit. Additional parking restrictions may be in effect.
